About Dorota

I didn’t come to this work through trends or quick fixes.

My coaching is rooted in mindfulness, psychology, and my own lived experience of stress — navigating a demanding professional career while juggling ambition, responsibility, and family life.

I spent years working in high-pressure corporate environments as a Chartered Accountant and risk management professional, where performance, precision, and accountability were non-negotiable. On the outside, everything worked. On the inside, my nervous system rarely switched off.

Like many women, I tried to manage stress by doing more — organising better, pushing harder, being more disciplined. What I didn’t realise then was that stress wasn’t a mindset flaw or lack of resilience.

Where my approach comes from

My work today is shaped by both professional training and personal transformation.

I am an accredited Mindfulness Teacher with MindfulnessNow and the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, accredited by the British Psychological Society. My coaching is firmly grounded in modern psychology, neuroscience, and evidence-based mindfulness — not spiritual bypassing or surface-level calm.

But just as importantly, it’s grounded in reality.

I teach what I have lived, tested, and integrated into real life — under deadlines, in meetings, at home, and in moments when stress would normally take over.

How I work with clients

I don’t ask women to slow down, opt out, or become someone else.

I help them:

This is mindfulness applied — practical, intelligent, and designed for modern life.
